Is there any possibility to make available/not available access to DA panel for some users (some user can use it, some other can't...).

No,
However a temporary solution that will work. Just change the password of the users that you want to deny access to.

Since DirectAdmin doesn't have a resend password feature, this should work until more advanced user controls are setup.
The worst that will happen is a support ticket asking why they can't access the CP.

I'd also suggest sending DirectAdmin an email requesting this feature or posting it in the Feature Requests forum.
