Enhanced Skin issues

I haven't touched anything but recently I noticed this. The font and stuff are screwed.

NB. All I have is custom header & footer.

NB2. My custom Enhanced skin is still perfect...


Here's what i have in files_custom.conf:

HTM_FOOTER_BAR_1=
HTM_FOOTER_BAR_2=

Think I've found the issue..... As I use Darwin, then log in as an user, I need to Ctrl + F5 to reload everything then enhanced is fine! and vice-versa.

Never had this crop up before, and I have Chrome's cache disabled.
