My server already has had the DirectAdmin on it. I don't know where to find it. The previous server tech scaled back his business and has apparently dropped all or most of his servers. DirectAdmin when I talked to sales said that since this is already installed and paid for through the previous server tech through October 1, I would only need to buy my own license (which I did today) and then should be able to only enter my license number in the existing installation.

How and Where do I access Direct Admin after I ftp into the server? This server is now accessed only by an IP address as it is now a back up server. I have NO IDEA where I would find the Direct Admin?

Help would be appreciated. Thank you.
 
Cancel this request, I have sent an email to DirectAdmin to cancel the order and do a REFUND as we came up with another solution.

We could not wait any longer for an answer
 
It's a shame you decided to cancel, you have missed out on a great control panel.

Out of interest, what is the 'other solution' you found?
