Erorr when running remote backup

Hello everybody,

Wehen trying to run a backup as an reseller, I'm getting this error.

User karakter has been backed up.
ncftpput /home/tmp/whitelabel/karakter.tar.gz: server said: karakter.tar.gz: Permission denied

When doing a local backup, all is fine. I've double checked the ftpaccounts data and they are correct.

The directory which Directadmin is complaining about exsists and has the 0777 permissions.

Anybody any clue?

Isn't there an exsisting karakter.tar.gz?

any chance you resolved that?

I changed the FTP server where the backup was pointing, and I got that same error.
