-ERR Session timed out

Hi,
I'm in the process of setting up and testing Email Marketing Director by Arial Software (for sending newsletters to clients). I've set up an address [email protected] for bounces & unsubscribes. The plan is that EMD logs into this account, checks for bounces, records them and then deletes them. At present it logs in, checks for bounces, records them and then times out like this-

31/01/2006 10:10:33 AM Hard bounce SQL: update [test] Set BounceDate=Now() WHERE EmailAddress='[email protected]'
31/01/2006 10:10:33 AM 31/01/2006 10:10:33 AM - Hard bounce recorded for: [email protected]
31/01/2006 10:10:33 AM SENDING: DELE 1

31/01/2006 10:10:33 AM RECEIVE: -ERR Session timed out

31/01/2006 10:10:33 AM ERROR RESPONSE: -ERR Session timed out
31/01/2006 10:10:33 AM DELE error
31/01/2006 10:10:33 AM TCP ERROR EVENT: Session aborted.


Arial suggests I increase the timeout on the pop server.. how do I do this pls?

Outlook also times out with timeout set to max (10 min) but squirrelmail works (although slowly).
