error backup

Yesterday, i update custombuild, and this morning i have this message :

Error while backing up database admin_eqHncjoo
Error while backing up database admin_eqHncjoo: The sql file is 0 bytes in size: /home/tmp/admin/admin/backup/admin_eqHncjoo.sql
mysqldump error output: mysqldump: Got error: 2002: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2) when trying to connect

and for my all database ??

says?

Is mysql running? Are you able to manage mysql dbs and users in directadmin?

/etc/init.d/mysqd status

find / -name mysqld.sock

Thus I'd rather say, mysql is not ruuning on your server. So you might need to read and post here mysql error log:

 tail -50 /var/lib/mysql/`hostname`.err

i restard mysql and directadmin and this morning is good. The backup is good now ???

Excuse, not ???? but !!!!!
I update et upgrade my server.
i update custombuild
Restart mysql and after directadmin and now it's good.

I forget to restart mysql...
