error causing my site down please advise

not unless you do ls -la for all the dirs listed
above, as anyone would need to see that
to verify the precise file or link, or permissions,
or ownership, which are causing the problem
 
Is this a new server install? Or a pre-existing server install on which this just started happening?

If a new install, was it done according to DA instructions on a server with a new OS install?

Which OS distribution?
