Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

While working on the Web space through direct admin from ip address 161.38.221.165, while teaching a computer science class at school, I get the Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET message. We can not connect to the server for about 45 minutes until somehow this clears. This happens at other sites as well. For example, we can't get to 199.189.248.171 either. Any suggestions? You've really not explained enough.

What do you mean by:

While working on the Web space through direct admin

How are you connecting? Through your browser, ftp, ssh? Through which port?

And specifically what are you doing when the connection gets reset?

It could lbe a firewall issue, and needs to be investigated by the server administrator.
