After I reinstall DA and upload backup? When reseller creating user it said;

Error Creating User boom

Details


Error creating user:
Cannot find a home directory after the system user creation for boom
The home directory for boom was not created.

any help??

#useradd username
in command line. but it's not show in /etc/passwd
