If you're still having a problem we'll need much more information.
First, your link doesn't work, but even if it did, it would be useless to us. If you're using a standard DirectAdmin exim.conf file we don't need to see it, if you aren't, and you've made changes, then the first part of your testing should be to reinstall either the standard DirectAdmin exim.conf file or my latest one, depending on what you were using before.
Then if you're still having a problem you need to explain it a lot better. Showing log entries, error messages, and explaining exactly what they're doing.
