Which OS and distro are you using?
Also using the latest directadmin version from the current or from the stable channel?

Can you post the output of both:

"systemctl status php-fpm74.service" and "journalctl -xe"

You forgot this one.

And if possible, can you try to reinstall php-fpm74 via SSH and look in the output there for errors?
