error ip is in use by another host

Hi All,
Got hit with lightening yesterday which fried 2 servers and my pc. Trying to install DA on a new server but I'm getting error ip is in use by another host although the old server is dead. I've been googling all day but no joy as of yet. I really need to get this working as there are 30 clients screaming. If anyone knows how to resolve this it would be very appreciated.
OS Centos 5
Ip 68.191.124.59
If more info is needed let me know.

That issue is resolved but now a new problem .. connecting to www.directadmin.com failed connection timed out wnen trying to install.

I presume this is all fixed by now. For the future note that errors in licensing must be resolved by DirectAdmin staff.
