Hi All,
I am really stuck on an issue restoring reseller users from Server A to Server B.
I have made one or two successfully restores (domain1.com) and now I just run into trouble.
Wheres what I do:
1. Backup domain2.com on server A.
2. Download .tar file to my machine, rename the file to username.tar.gz
3. FTP up to /user_backups on server B.
4. Under Reseller, go to "Manager User Backups" -> restore from Local: ~/admin/user_backups/ | Select IP address | Select files /home/admin/user_backups/username.tar.gz
I get an odd message saying "An error occurred during the restore. domain1.com already exists on the server."
domain1.com is successfully restored, & when attempting restore on domain2.com if gives an error for domain1.com, so under the domain2 username i login and go to domain administration, either there is no domain listed or domain1.com is listed for domain2.com
Note: Server B is using different IP address & DNS's.
I have tried several times trying different things but getting nowhere...
Would anyone be able to shed some light on this please?
Greatly Appreciated!
Steve
