Error pages doesnt work

I created 3 pakages, the only things that are different as far as i can see are:
disk space, bandwith pop3 accounts and sql

I cant find anything about the error pages.
But with a custumor of mine the dont work

I tried the same error pages under my account works fine

somebody with a idea?

Error pages are configured on a per-account basis, not being created by default.
In order for default error pages to be used, you will have to use the post user creation script to move the error pages to the correct location.

Problem solved!
The problem was that the customers dns was not jet resolved and so the custumer went to the adres http://ipadres/~username
Then when they hit on a non existing link the default error page is comming up instead of the created error page. (maybe i had to put that in the original post )
