error restoring backup

Hi due some system attack, i back up the files using manage user backup.

I setup a temp server another server ***.***.***.172

the error are as below.

"You do not own the IP ***.***.***.173. User AAAAA will not be created"

how do I make the backup working in the new server.

If the IP# isn't on your server then you have to assign one that is.

/bin/tar: unexpected EOF in archieve
/bin/tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

First you must add the IP-address to your box, after that you should try to import the backup

after click on thr assign ip and submit

Have you tried to update your GNU TAR?


Also you can try to view the task after 'submitting' and check it for any errors.
