Error Restoring backups

Hello,

When I want to restore a backup I get this error:
File does not exist or you don't have access to file /home/gftec/user_backups/tdms.tar.gz

My hosting provider didnt know the answer, so I had to post here

Did you check if they file is owned by the user gftec ? and check the file permisions

Jep.. I CHModded it to 777, and owner is gftec..
Still not working

Your hosting provider is going to have to do the research to figure it out.

Or give you enough shell access to see the permissions for all the directories in the path.
