Hello, I need help with exim, does not send e-mail me and return the following error

Code: 
2009-05-27 19:48:29 Received from <> R=1M9P6v-0004mH-UC U=mail P=local S=1509 T="Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender"
2009-05-27 19:48:29 routing failed for admin@localhost F=<>: Unrouteable address
*** Frozen (delivery error message)
 
Do you have an entry for localhost in your /etc/hosts file on the server?
