ERROR: Some of your DNS servers do not have A records at all.

I don't understand this, I have my own server and i have cpanel and set up nameservers to run under domain like ns1.domain.com ns2.domain.com

but when I do a site dns look up I get

ERROR: Some of your DNS servers do not have A records at all.

So I go in the zone file on whm and i put ns1 a 1.0.0.ipaddress

Guessing I added the name a records to the ns1 and ns2 to the ip addresses that would solve the issue but it doesn't!
