Check your SPF record in DNS, it does not match your sending server ip

I see this:

SPF: 40.95.74.88 is not allowed to send mail from xxxxxxx.be:

This ip is from outlook. Are you using outlook/office 365 to send mail? If yes, you have to setup your MX record accordingly that your mail server is not using the local mail server to use mail.
