Starting DirectAdmin: /usr/local/directadmin/directadmin: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


That's the mistake and host support will not help me with, pardon my spelling fix would know I'm Spanish.

Errors like this is almost always a issue with wrong OS set in the license file. If your license is "Internal" then you must contact your webhost provider and they must send a email to DirectAdmin support and ask for them to change the license to the correct OS.

If it is a "External" license, then log into your Clients section to ensure the OS is set to the correct version, and if not email DirectAdmin support and let them know what OS you are running so that they can change the license to the correct OS.
