Error Updating Custombuild

Trying to run the update on Custombuild but getting this error so not updating help anyone

That's only a warning, not an error.
Check your /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/options.conf file for the php_timezone= setting and enter your correct timezone.
If this warning is with a specific php version, then check that versions php.ini for example for php 8.1 it's /usr/local/php81/lib/php.ini and check the date.timezone = in there and set it correctly, then restart php-fpm and try to update custombuild again.

However, as said, I'm wondering if thre is no other error visible as this is just a warning.
