when i want to visit my web ( www.amirali-modjarrad.com ) i encounter to this error message

do you have an index.html or index.php page in the /public_hmtl directory?? This is the most common reason for this error

Another possibility is the permissions of the public_html and private_html files. Make sure they are chmodded 755 and belong to username:apache and not username:username unlike files within those directories.
