Error when adding new user

I've just added a new user from the Reseller control panel and got the following error message returned ...

Details

Unix User created successfully

Error with system Quotas
setquota: Mountpoint (or device) /home not found. setquota: Not all specified mountpoints are using quota.
User's data directory created successfully
Domains directory created successfully
Domains directory created successfully in user's home

As far as I can tell the user was created ok, but I've never had this error before so it's best to understand why it might be happening. Any ideas appreciated.

Are you a reseller? If so you should get your hosting provider to help you.

It's my server. I mentioned the Reseller panel just because that's obviously the level where new users are added.

I have added dozens of users before this with no errors and I can't think what might have changed on the server. I was hoping someone might have a clue where to look for a change having been made.

Have you checked in the shell?

Have you run the quota command for the user in question?
