Error when connect to DA through servername port 2222

Hi guys,

Recently, I re-install DA on a VPS, I have installed Let's encrypt for my hostname ( server.domain.com ). I followed this step : https://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=629 and there's no problem or error. But then when I type server.domain.com:2222, the browser said :


This site can’t be reached
server.domain.com took too long to respond.


Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I don't know what happened or something wrong, please help me out, thank you so much.
*Before I force hostname, I can still access to DA through IP:2222 ( without SSL ).

Disable firewall or open needed ports in firewall:

- What ports do I need to open in my firewall?
- I need a firewall. What are my options?

and see whether or not it helps.
