Error when create access host for mysql user

Hi guys, i'm trying to create an access host for my user and when i try to use % as access host i get this error:



If i try with IP i get this error




Is this caused by any configuration of directadmin or its by mysql side?

First decide what you want to do, then start asking questions.
You can't post about this error if you still haven't fixed your original database issue causing other issues. Fix that first!

If this is another server, it seems the issue is on your side. Wrong hash format and error in your syntax it says.
