Error when creating/editing DNS records

Whenever I try to create or edit a DNS record it saves it but returns the error "Error writing records" and when I check on Google DNS dig the records have not been updated

Than you are a user, please contact your webhoster to solve your problem.
This forum is for server administrators, not regular users they will have to contact the webhosting company.
