done
Grub configuration re-generated. Please reboot the box.

What sould I do to fix?

I believe these warnings are harmless and can be safely ignored, I know there are a couple of bug reports for Ubuntu that have been active for quite a long time but no solution have been given as of yet.

Your current system should be fine, I don't think you need to switch OS right now. These warning messages at least should not be the reason to migrate to a new system.

CentOS 7 has security fixes till 06-2024 so you should plan your migration before this date. DirectAdmin has support for several distributions so you can choose according to your own needs and preferences.
