Error with adding new users

Hello, when I try to register the new user appears this error message:

Error with system Quotas
setquota: Mountpoint (or device) / not found. setquota: Not all specified mountpoints are using quota.

Either your quotas aren't set up properly, or your kernel doesn't support them.
