Error: "You must first own an IP"

Hello,

When one of our resellers push the link "add new user" he gets the following error message: You must first own an IP

What can I do to prevent this error?

You have to login as admin and assign the ip to the reseller with ip management tool.
 
Thanks, but there is only one IP on the server and it is supposed to be a shared IP. In the IP management tool on the reseller level there is no listed IP.
 
The IP is already added. I think the problem might be that the account for the reseller was converted from a normal user to reseller level. :(
 
Hmm...

Let's say the reseller use the server shared IP (1.1.1.1). Then i added some more IP's to change the reseller to use an own IP (1.1.1.2). When I than go to the "XXX's user data" and than "modify user XXX" it should be possible to change the IP under "Set IP To". But still only the first IP (1.1.1.1) is listet in the dropdown. Even if i have assigned the new IP to the reseller under "IP management tool".

Any suggestions?
