getting error how to resolve this problem
The following errors were found :

Could not write the Configuration File check_charset.php
Could not write the Configuration File soft.htaccess
Could not write the Configuration File wp-config.php
Could not write the Configuration File _htaccess

Check that you uploaded the files as the correct user.
Check that write permissions are set properly, you can do that with an ftp program or directly as root.
In most cases you will need to CHMOD the files and folders to 777

777 is dangerous, especially with WordStress. If they are using mod_php without mod_ruid2, then this behaviour (can't write....) can appear.

If they use php-fpm, this won't happen.... Of course, depends how they uploaded files.

NO! In most cases you would NOT need to do this. Nowadays also Wordpress works mostly with 755 for dirs and 644 for files.
However, it can depend what php mode is used and how php is working. Like Peter said.

If only mod_php is used without mod_ruid2 I would go and search for a better host.
