errortaskq.log - can someone explain these messages

I was just browsing my log files and I noticed these lines in errortaskq.log:

2006:08:25-00:11:01: cmd: /etc/init.d/httpd restart >>/dev/null 2>>/dev/null

2006:08:27-00:12:01: cmd: /etc/init.d/httpd restart >>/dev/null 2>>/dev/null
2006:08:28-00:12:01: cmd: /etc/init.d/httpd restart >>/dev/null 2>>/dev/null
2006:08:29-00:11:01: cmd: /etc/init.d/httpd restart >>/dev/null 2>>/dev/null

thats just the most recent few - what do these mean?
