esecuresite2.com SSL

From here it looks as if you've got a valid secure cert issued by Comodo, but you don't have the Comodo chain cert loaded for the domain.

Thank you for your reponse :)

It's strange... when i get the alert message and view the certificate details it states that the (valid to) date is : 21/06/05

Therefore it appears it has expired, hence the problem ?

Unfortunately i cant do much about this, as it is server admin who have full control. Server admin being (Hostelite.com)

There are actually a range of other esecuresite servers.. and on checking all the certs on there, they appear to be valid, but some are up for renew within the next few months.

My usage of the secure server is via the default shared SSL that comes with the hosting account.. so in effect the root path i am using for SSL connection is in the style of:
https://www.esecuresite2.com/~user/secform.htm

When you say:
you don't have the Comodo chain cert loaded for the domain.

Should i relay this info to sever admin and see what they say ?

Sorry, but it's not yet June 21, 2005 here. Is it where you are :) ?

Definitely.

And try to remember that almost every issue asked by a hosting account end user should post under "User-Level Difficulties".
