It appears this is what direct admin uses to control apache.. however.. the file I have (unmodified system, fresh install of Debian and DA) has this file as empty. Can someone provide a copy of this file or if i have assume wrong, what exactly does DA use to control because there has been a complete messup with no customisations made to this system.. and I am spending alot of time fixing little errors (bind and named init.d files)

There should be the template directadmin uses in /usr/local/directadmin/script or /usr/local/directadmin/data/templates

One or the other, I don't remember which one but it should be there.
