is there a way to hide User level->Skin Options->"Reset all" button from users?
If you set default skin layout from admin for example "Icons Grid" and in user level is pressed "Reset All" it takes back to "Resfreshed" layout. Maybe there is skin.conf value to force this default reset always be selected skin layout?
