Excessive resource usage: admin

Hi,

Another observation in the Mail Queue and Logs:

Messages like this appear every few seconds for various services and PIDs:
Excessive resource usage: admin (86054 (Parent PID:13226))

This is a small test VPS, is that the reason or is there something else I need to check and correct?
