Seems as if Freshclam may be stuck. What sent you the notice?

That was LFD which sends the notice. And since freshclam is working as daemon on Directamin powered server that's OK to add it to ignore list. So please check this thread http://forum.directadmin.com/showthread.php?t=49424 for a list of exclusions to be added into /etc/csf/csf.pignore

Thank you, here I added to the file in the list and restarts csf. I'm controlling my emails now, I tell you.
