Exclude an e-mail address from Spamassassin

I've installed spamassassin on the domain I'm administrating with DA. How it's possible to exclude only one e-mail address from spamassassin checks?

create a rule that checks for that email addresses and adds enough negative points to make sure it'll show up as ham.
