Exclude some domains from feature "Prevent creating subdomain of a different user"

I submit a proposal to the possibility of exclusions (by Admin) selected domains from this feature http://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=925
Because e.g. many users do not needed your own domain and want to create subdomains in server primary domain (hosting provider domain).
I note that this is a situation when the Admin does not want to completely give up the functionality of the "Prevent creating subdomain of a different user".
 
That might be useful. Sometimes we face the situation when we need to create subdomains on different user accounts, and the feature would save our time, as we would not need to disable the "Option to prevent creating subdomain of a different user", and then enable it back.
 
And note to everyone:

You can add the file to the list of domins you want to be able to edit from DirectAdmin's admin login, to make it easier to use from inside DirectAdmin.

Or maybe we can talk John into adding it by default :).
