Exim An error occurred while sending the mail

Hi, I have problem with exim 4.76. When I click the password reminder I get an error:

Error while sending email
An error occurred while sending the mail

I do not know how to fix it. I made already dovecot and exim, but nothing helped.
HELP!

That is the only line you have in /var/log/exim/mainlog?

Then you definately have something wrong with your system.

Make sure your firewall is not blocking port 25.

The parenthesis character is not valid on either side of an email address.

Oh, you mean you're not giving us the right information? If not, then I'm presuming you want us to guess, as we certainly can't check.

That said, the word Completed means the mail was delivered. We can't tell you what else to look for, because it would be a guess.
