exim, autoresponders and high ascii "accented" characters

I am using version 4.44 of exim with the last version of DirectAdmin, and although autoresponders work fine, I have noticed that when someone sends a message
to an autoresponder and this message
includes a high ascii "accented" character
like (ñ) an error message like this is sent

My mother language is spanish and my customers one too, so this event although not common, may occur.

I wonder if someone has noticed this before and has found a solution.

I just have noticed the problem, too!!

Expansion of "${if def:h_Subject: {Autoreply: $h_Subject:} {Autoreply Message}}" in userautoreply transport contains non-printing character 27

I believe this is a bug of DA and DA cannot handle special characters of other languages except English for Autoreply.

Hi John,

I'm installing MailScanner.
Does it work with MailScanner?

The server is live and I'm afraid that exim stops and get complains from my customers.

Please advise.
