exim big problem (.cert)

Hi, i have some troubles with exim. We can send local mails to each other, but outside we cannot.

Error some lines from mainlog:
2006-02-17 10:02:35 TLS error on connection from mxdrop6.xs4all.nl [194.109.24.203] (SSL_CTX_use_certificate_chain_file file=/etc/exim.cert): error:02001002:system library:fopen:No such file or directory

I dont have /etc/exim.cert also not in my other servers that running without trouble.

Our servers have both /etc/exim.cert and /etc/exim.key.
