Exim Cronjobs

Would adjusting the times that the exim crons run have any adverse affect on DA?

I was going to add another line to the /etc/crontab file referencing /etc/cron.exim and I would move /etc/cron.daily/logrotate.conf & /etc/cron.daily/exim4-base to /etc/cron.exim and set that cronjob to run at midnight.

It shouldn't although it might be wise to run them when nothing else major is run. For example, not when the tally is run which is also around midnight.
