exim hotmail fix

Hello,

In Turkey we have big problems about sending mail to hotmail.

When we reply or forward an email to hotmail, it goes in inbox.

The question;

I want to create a content filter like this,

If recipient contains "*@hotmail.com"

edit message header like this: Fw:Subject or Re:Subject

How can we do this? Can we use special $header_subject: commands for exim?
