Exim Keep on Receiving Same Email Character Set ISO 2022

Hi All,
I keep on receiving the same email where the email is Japanese language. Is that the exim 4.63 having problem or the sender's server got problem? Anyway to ask exim to recognize the head with japanese language (character iso 2022) ?

The only way to tell where the problem lies is to analyze the headers. If all the date and time stamps on all the copies are the same, and the email's ID are the same, then the problem is probably with your local desktop system probably not telling your server it's received the email successfully.

Otherwise it's with the sending server.

Either way you can certainly create custom rules in the exim.pl file or in changes to exim.conf, which will keep the file from hitting your server.

Recompile the exim

Hi Jeff,
Thanks anyway. We've recompile the exim to newer version 4.69 with help from DirectAdmin Tech Support (John). In our new exim compilation, we included HAVE_ICONV=yes, also install the extra libiconv-hook1 package.
