Hi all :p

I have a big problem with exim

In Uebimiau Webmail, I have a error message

It was not possible to send this e-mail

It's not a UP

I corrected a part of the problem.
I deleted contained of file following ones

/var/spool/exim/db
/var/spool/exim/msglog
/var/spool/exim/input

/var/spool/exim/input

had exim user
I put mail with chown mail /var/spool/exim/input

I restart exim and vm-pop3d

Now I can send mail, but not accept from it (No mail incoming) :confused:

A person knows what file manages the entering mail ?
And what user I must put ?

check /var/spool/virtual

You can reset those permissions with this script:

You don't say at what point you're getting that error. That file could be anywhere on the system; it's going to be hard for anyone to figure it out without more information.

The user access rights of my files exim ?

I did not give more information because I ignore the what to give. :confused:
 
If mkdir cannot create a file, then the place to look is in the permissions and ownership on the directory where it's trying to write the file.
