Hi All ,
I got complaints from a client who is stating that mail was not delivered.
I see this in the exim log :

2006-02-22 14:08:34 1FBrrX-000DLk-4Z == [email protected] R=lookuphost T=remote_smtp defer (-44): SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<[email protected]>: host mail.domain.com [62.xx.xxx.xxx]: 450 Server configuration problem

The receiving end hosting company did not really invent the lightbulb so what can i do to help them in the right direction.
The mailflow for any other domains is ok. The exact same error occurs when using www.dnsreport.com and when mailing directly on their SMTP prompt, this I have tried from 3 different internet connections from 3 different providers.
