Exim mail transfer

Hello all,

Several of our customers have an email account on our directadmin.
Since 17 March they were able to send and recieve messages.
However, at this moment they have trouble sending mail (specifically) to @outlook.come mail addresses.
DirectAdmin displays the messages as send, according to the user statistics. However, upon further inspection in the outlook email inbox, the send email it not present itself, not even in the Trash.

Is it possible that this issue is known?
