Please help because I can not find any solution

Can someone help me, I have no more ideas how to solve this? Already searched the whole google to find a solution but unfortunately without any effect.

Does the file /etc/virtual/EXAMPLE.COM/filter exist?

Are the ownership and permissions correct? The file should be chown mail:mail and chmod 640.

If they are, and it doesn't work, then possibly the file has been corrupted. Copy over one from a different domain, then edit is through DirectAdmin.
