Exim Refuse Connections with no Reverse DNS

How can I get Exim to refuse external connections from IP's with no reverse DNS?

Another thing that I think is clever is some email servers look at reverse DNS and if they see *dsl* or *dial* or *123.123.14* or something of the like refuse connections from them as well.
