exim running but email not send and keep in mail queue list

may i know how to solve this problem.

my server exim is running but email not working. exim status is running. this is vps.

is it possible this vps not support email services?

While anything is possible, it's unlikely a standard DirectAdmin installation doesn't support email, and it's unlikely if you rent a VPS somewhere it would have necessary email ports blocked.

You'll have to study your /var/log/exim/mainlog file. Send an email and trace it through the log.
